Our W building is a row of fully enclosed 50-foot drive-through bays with a door on each end. Rent HALF a bay and you get a 14×25 enclosed space, about 350 square feet, at the best entry price on the lot. Take BOTH halves and the full 50 feet opens up: pull a truck and trailer straight through and never back up.
